Since May 2007, Fr. Emmanuel has served as the coordinator of the Kampala Archdiocese mission programs within the United States. Part of his duties include connecting with other clergy from Kampala within the United States, overseeing mission appeals on behalf of the Kampala Archdiocese, and mobilizing Ugandan communities within the U.S. to become more deeply involved and increase support for the Kampala Archdiocese mission.
